WEBMASTER
*Monthly updates of pictures & letters
TREASURER
*Monthly reimbursements
*Quarterly reports
*Responsible for identifying/coordinating grant submissions with Fundraising Chair
FUNDRAISING CHAIR
*Responsible for identifying/coordinating grant submissions with Treasurer
*Responsible for organizing periodic fundraising activities (e.g. Sierra Club
calendar sales, year-end donation drive) *Organizes creative fundraising
activities (e.g. bake-off, tag sale)
AGENCY LIAISON (OUTREACH COORDINATOR)
* Identifies and contacts new agencies to start a group with
* Identifies leader to work with agency contact
RECRUITMENT CHAIR
* Primary contact person for new people
* Follows up requests/visits with letter/phone call
* Responsible for coordinating orientation night for new volunteers
ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CHAIR
